1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
Damage deposits may be collected via bank transfer for last-minute bookings.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
No-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount.

3. Check-In/Check-Out

Late check-out without prior agreement may incur additional charges.

4. House Rules

No smoking inside the property.

Rental2Day Ltd is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to guest property during the stay, unless caused by our negligence.

7. Insurance & Safety

Guests are encouraged to have travel insurance that covers rental accommodation.
Emergency contact numbers and safety instructions are provided in the welcome pack.

8. Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Rental2Day Ltd. Reproduction or misuse is prohibited.
We do our best to ensure accuracy, but information is subject to change without notice.
